الملخص

تبرز هذه الدراسة تصور الإسلام للعلاقة مع أهل الكتاب انطلاقا من نصوص القرآن الكريم ووقائع السيرة النبوية وتطبيقات الصحابة الكرام، كما تعتمد المنهج التاريخي الذي يهدف إلى فهم الماضي وتنزيله على الحاضر والمستقبل، مبينة موقف الإسلام من التعامل مع أهل الكتاب، ومستنبطة للقواعد القرآنية والنبوية التي يجب التزامها عند الحوار حتى يكون مثمرا وقاصداً. وانتهت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها بأن الإسلام أقر المساواة الإنسانية عامة، وجعل معيار التفاضل بين البشر هو التقوى والعمل الصالح الذي يفيد البشرية في العاجل والآجل، كما توصلت إلى أن الإسلام لم يُجَرِّم التعامل الإنساني والتجاري مع أهل الأديان الأخرى بدليل أن الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم توفي وذرعه مرهونة عند يهودي، بالإضافة إلى زواجه من مارية القبطي، ناهيك عن وصايا القرآن الكريم بمعاملة المسالِمين منهم بالبر والإحسان والقسط ومجادلتهم بالحسنى.

Abstract

The study aimed to show the Muslims’ interest in interpretation of the Holy Quran, understanding its meanings and deducing its provisions. Their ways varied in presenting its sciences, and their approaches differed in clarifying its secrets, essence and pearls. To achieve the aims of the study, the researcher used the conductive method, thus the study reached to a set of results, including the one who is contemplative in the transmitted interpretations from the followers stands on multiple sources for their interpretations. In addition, to what they took from the people of the book, which led to interpretation by opinion, bearing in mind that the narrations transmitted from them are subjected to acceptance and response reviews. The study presented a set of recommendations, the most important is emphasizing the importance of understanding the Holy Quraan and dealing with it through the good explanatory principles, and the fair scientific methodology which respects the right evidence with highlighting the error of who try to understand The Holy Quran in the light of different religions, beliefs, and philosophies, without neglecting the importance of encouraging the documented and authentic studies which are related to the history of the Holy Quraan and its sciences and knowledges.
