| الملخص – Abstract |
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية بمديرية غرب غزة للقيادة التحويلية وعلاقتها بمستوى سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بمدارس مديرية غرب غزة للعام 2021، عينة الدراسة على (263) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بمديرية غرب غزة للعام 2021.، نتائج الدراسة عن أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس للقيادة التحويلية من وجهة نظر المعلمين كان متوسطاً، وأن درجة ممارسة معلمي المدارس لسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية كان متوسطا من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم. وكانت توصيات الدراسة: تنمية مهارات القيادات التحويلية لدى المديرين والمعلمين من خلال إعداد ورش العمل التدريبية، وعقد الندوات. This study aimed to measure the degree of transformational leadership practiced by secondary school principals in West Gaza Governorate and its relationship to the level of organizational citizenship behavior. The method used: the descriptive analytical approach. The study population: consisted of secondary school teachers in West Gaza District schools for the year 2021 The study sample: consisted of (263) male and female secondary school teachers in West Gaza Directorate for the year 2021. Study results: the results of the study showed that the degree of school principals’ practice of transformational leadership from the teachers’ perspective was average, and that the degree of school teachers’ practice of organizational citizenship behavior was average from the teachers own perspective. Study recommendations: developing the skills of transformational leadership among principals and teachers through preparing training workshops and holding seminars. |
