الملخص

هدف البحث لبيان الفكر السياسي للكاتبة الالمانية حنا ارنت، باعتبارها واحدة من اكثر المفكرين المعاصرين تأثيرا، ولا زالت افكارها محط نقاش وجدل بين المعنيين بالفكر السياسي، وخاصة فيما يتعلق بالعنف، الذي تعايشت معه وكتبت عنه. وتم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي وهو طريقة لدراسة الظواهر أو المشكلات العلمية من خلال القيام بالوصف بطريقة علمية، ومن ثم الوصول إلى تفسيرات منطقية لها دلائل وبراهين تمنح الباحث القدرة على وضع أطر محددة للمشكلة، ويتم استخدام ذلك في تحديد نتائج البحث. وتوصل البحث الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أنَّ حنا ارنت، مفكرة المانية، تأثرت فكريا وحياتيا بيهوديتها، رغم انها لم تكن من المتعصبين لفكرة وجود اسرائيل من عدمها، الا انها ناقشت الكثير من الافكار التي تدور حول انظمة الحكم والثورة وحالة الانسان بصورة عامة، ومن بين تلك الامور التي ناقشتها كان العنف باعتباره لصيقا بالسياة والسلطة، وتمتلك الدول –دون غيرها- احقية وشرعية استخدامه ضد اعدائها ومناوئيها.

Abstract

This research aims to clarify the political thought of the German writer Hanna Arendt, as one of the most influential contemporary thinkers, and her ideas are still the subject of debate and controversy among those concerned with political thought, especially with regard to violence, which she coexisted with and wrote about. The research used descriptive approach has been adopted, which is a method of studying scientific phenomena or problems by describing in a scientific way, and then arriving at logical explanations that have evidence and proofs that give the researcher the ability to develop specific frameworks for the problem, and this is used in determining the results of the research. The result: Hanna Arendt, a German thinker, was influenced intellectually and life by her Judaism, although she was not a fanatic of the idea of ​​the existence of Israel or not, but she discussed many ideas that revolve around regimes, revolution and the human condition in general, and among those things she discussed was violence As it is closely related to politics and power, and states – without others – have the right and legitimacy to use it against their enemies and opponents.
