الملخص

يهدف البحث الى اختبار علاقة الارتباط والتأثير للممارسات 5S في الكفاءة الانتاجية، وقد تم استخدام استمارة الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات، اذ وزعت على عينة من المهندسين العاملين في شركة اور العامة ـ محافظة ذي قار، وقد كان حجم العينة ( 45) فرداً، استرجع من الاستمارات الموزعة تبين ان (40) استمارة فقط تصلح للتحليل. اي ان نسبة الاستجابة كانت (88%)، ومن اجل التوصل الى النتائج واجراء التحليلات الاحصائية الملائمة تم استخدام الحقيبة الاحصائية (SPSS vr. 23 (. توصل البحث الى مجموعة من النتائج كان من اهمها وجود علاقة تأثير اي ان هناك علاقة طردية بين ابعاد S5 والكفاءة الانتاجية، وانطلاقاً من قيمة معامل التحديد () التي بلغت ( 0.931)، نستنتج ان التغير في الابعاد يفسر التغير في الكفاءة الانتاجية بنسبة (93%) ونسبة (7%) تفسرها متغيرات اخرى، وقد توصل البحث الى عدة استنتاجات حيث توجد علاقة ارتباط قوية بين متغيرات الدراسة وهنالك تأثير قوي بين ممارسات 5S والكفاءة الانتاجية وفي ضوء هذه الاستنتاجات نوصي بضرورة اهتمام الشركة المبحوثة بتنفيذ ممارسات ((S5 والتي تسهم في تخفيض الهدر وتقليل اوقات الانتظار والاستغلال الامثل للموارد المتاحة وادارة المخزون لتحسين العمليات الانتاجية.

Abstract

The research aims to test the correlation and impact of 5S practices in productive efficiency. The questionnaire was used as a tool for data and information collection, as it was distributed to a sample of engineers working in Ur State Company – Dhi Qar Governorate, and the sample size was (45) individuals, retrieved of the forms distributed shows that (40) form only suitable for analysis. That is, the response rate was (88%), and in order to reach the results and conduct the appropriate statistical analyzes, the statistical package (SPSS vr. 23) was used. The research reached a set of results, the most important of which was the existence of an impact relationship, meaning that there is a direct relationship between the dimensions of S5 and production efficiency, and based on the value of the coefficient of determination( ( which amounted to (0.931), we conclude that the change in dimensions explains the change in production efficiency by (93%) and the percentage (7%) explained by other variables, and the research reached several conclusions as There is a strong correlation between the variables of the study and there is a strong effect between 5S practices and production efficiency. In light of these conclusions, we recommend that the company in question should pay attention to implementing S5 practices, which contribute to reducing waste, reducing waiting times, optimizing the use of available resources, and managing inventory to improve Improving production processes.
