الملخص

تعد الزراعة حرفة بشرية تعاونية قديمة بدأت بالأسرة الريفية كوحدة إنتاج استهلاكية تتشابك داخلها وظائف منزلية وزراعية تؤدي فيها المرأة الريفية دوراً كبيراً، والقيام بالصناعات اليدوية والمنتجات المنزلية وربما تأخذ دور رئاسة الأسرة، حيث يقع على عاتقها إدارة العمل الزراعي وتدبير الأمور المنزلية بالوقت نفسه. ومن هذه الأهمية لدور المرأة الريفية اتضحت أهمية البحث في إلقاء الضوء على كيفية تمكين المرأة الريفية العراقية للقيام بدورها بأكمل وجه في تطوير الواقع الزراعي في العراق وتنميته. فكان البحث يسير على المنهج التحليلي والمنهج النظامي لإظهار دور العوامل المساهمة في تمكين (المرأة الريفية) في هذا القطاع، وتوصل البحث إلى استنتاجات متعددة، أهمها أنَّ المرأة العراقية الريفية لم تحظ بدورها الحقيقي في مجال تنمية القطاع الزراعي، وأنَّ عملية تمكينها تحتاج الى تخطيط وتنظيم علمي مدروس وفق أسس التنمية البشرية التي يمكن أن تسهم بها المؤسسات ذات العلاقة بالإنتاج الزراعي وبشكل فعال من خلال توفير ما تحتاجه المرأة الريفية لتطوير عملها الزراعي المعدات والمستلزمات أو من التدريب وتطوير المهارات أو التعاون مع مؤسسات ومنظمات المجتمع مدني لتعليمها وتطوير قدراتها على استعمال (التقنيات الحديثة) في هذا القطاع وتوعية المجتمع لتقبل تطور المرأة والمشاركة مع الرجل في إدارة الإنتاج الزراعي وكانت كمقترحات للبحث في خاتمته أيضاً.

Abstract

Agriculture is an old cooperative human craft that started with the rural family as a consumer production unit within which household and agricultural functions are intertwined, And doing handicrafts and household products, and perhaps taking the role of head of the family, where it is responsible for managing agricultural work and managing household affairs at the same time. From this importance of the role of rural women, the importance of research became clear in shedding light on how to empower Iraqi rural women to play their role to the fullest extent in developing and developing the agricultural reality in Iraq. The research was based on the analytical approach and the systematic approach to show the role of some factors contributing to the empowerment of rural women in the agricultural sector, The research reached multiple conclusions, the most important of which is that the rural Iraqi woman did not enjoy her real role in the development of the agricultural sector, and that the process of empowering her needs planning and scientific organization studied according to the foundations of human development, which institutions related to agricultural production can contribute to. Effectively by providing what rural women need to develop their agricultural work, equipment and supplies, training and skills development, or cooperation with civil society institutions and organizations to educate them and develop their capabilities to use modern technologies in the agricultural sector and raise community awareness to accept the development of women and participate with men in managing agricultural production. Some of the suggestions that the research referred to in its conclusion as well.
