الملخص

ينفرد الخطاب السياسي عن غيره من الخطابات الأخرى، بمجموعة من الخصائص اللغوية التي تجعل من الصعب الوقوف على منهج واحد في تحليله والإمساك به. ونهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة ” اللغة والتواصل في الخطاب الأخير “لزين العابدين بن علي” إلى البحث عن الآليات اللغوية التي وظفها الرئيس التونسي السابق زين العابدين بن علي في آخر خطاب له الذي أطلق عليه خطاب الوداع؛ لإقناع التونسيين وإخماد نار الثورة التي امتدت ألسنتها إلى جل مناطق تونس. توصلت الباحثة إلى مجموعة من المتائج أهمها: ضعف البينية التركيبية لخطاب الرئيس التونسي” ابن علي” أثر بشكل كبير في العملية التواصلسية. الاكثار من التكرار أدى إلى الاحساس بالملل . عدم اتساق الخطاب وانساجمه صعب مأمورية تمثلالمعنى. توظيف حجج ضعيفة لم تتمكن من الثأثيرفي المتلقي. استعمال أفعال لغوية توجهية في مرحلة سياسية حرجة لا يمكن له فيها التوجيه وهو الذي فقدالكثيرم نسلطته. التوظيف الجيد للكفاءة اللغوية في الخطاب السياسي لها دور كبير في توجيه الجماهير.

Abstract

Political speech is distinguished from other speeches by a set of linguistic figures which makes it difficult to use one method in its analysis we aim from this study: “Language and Communication in the last speech for “Zine El Abidine Ben Ali“ to research about the linguistic mechanisms which have been employed by the Tunisisan Previous president in his last speech which was called “Farewell Speech”; in order to convince the Tunisians and put out the fire of revolution which had been extended to most of areas in Tunis. The Researcher reach to a set of results which are: The weakness of the structural content of the speech of Tunisian President “Ben Ali” greatly affected the communication process. Too much repetition leads to boredom. The inconsistency and consistency of the speech are difficult when it represents the meaning. Employing weak evidence that couldn’t influence the recipient. The use of directive linguistic verbs at a critical political stage in which he cannot direct and he who has lost his authority. Good use of language proficiency in political speech has a great role in directing the masses.
