الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تطوير أداء مُجتمعات التعلم المهنية في المدارس بسلطنة عُمان في ضوء خبرة دولة جنوب أفريقيا عمان، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت نظرية تحليل المضمون في تحليل الوثائق في جمع البيانات والمعلومات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : حاجة المدارس بسلطنة عُمان إلى دليل إرشادي لمُجتمعات التعلم المهنية يتضمن مفهومها، وأهميتها، وسماتها وخصائصها، ومراحل بنائها، وأدوار المُشاركين فيها، والجهات الداعمة لها، كما أوصت الدراسة بإنشاء وحدات التنمية المهنية بالمدارس تتولى مسؤولية برامج التدريب بها تخطيطاً وتنفيذاً وتقويماً، وإنشاء هياكل تنظيمية لأقسام المواد الدراسية في المدارس، ومنح المُعلمين مزيد من الصلاحيات حتى يتمكنوا من القيام بواجباتهم الوظيفية بإبداع وابتكار، وتوفير الأوقات المناسبة للمعلمين للانخراط في برامج ومشروعات وفعاليات مُجتمعات التعلم المهنية.

Abstract

The current study aimed to develop the performance of professional learning communities in schools in the Sultanate of Oman in light of the experience of the State of South Africa. The study used the descriptive method, and The theory of content analysis was also used in document analysis in collecting data and information. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are that schools in the Sultanate of Oman need a guide for professional learning communities that include their concept, importance, characteristics, the stages of their building, the roles of their participants, and their supporting bodies. The study also recommended establishing professional development units in schools to be responsible for their training programs in planning, implementing and evaluating, establishing organizational structures for school subject departments in schools, granting teachers more powers so that they can carry out their job duties creatively and innovatively, and providing appropriate times for teachers to engage in programs, projects and events of Professional learning community.
