تناولت الدراسة أسلوب التحليل الاستراتيجي بأسلوب (SWOT) ومدى تأثيره في إدارة الأزمات والمتغيرات السريعة للبيئة داخلياً وخارجياً وبروزه كأداة لتشخيص الوضع الحالي وخيارات التأثير على شكل المستقبل، في ظل تباين وتعدد واستشراء الأزمات، تهدف الدراسة إلى التعريف بأسلوب التحليل (SWOT) وأهميته في تحليل الواقع واستشراف المستقبل وإتاحة الخيارات، تتلخص مشكلة الدراسة في طرق استقراء البيئة في ظل وجود تطور في الأزمات، ويتضح ذلك بجلاء عند طول أمد الأزمات، ويتفرع منها ماهية أسلوب (SWOT) ودورة في استقراء الواقع وكيفية الحد من الأزمات عبر التخطيط الاستراتيجي وماهية خيارات إدارة الأزمة. سلكت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الاستشرافي. توصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج:: أن أسلوب (SWOT) يشخص البيئة الداخلية والخارجية ويستقرئ الفجوات ويقترح خيارات التعامل مع المستقبل، ويعد أسلوب (SWOT) ضروري لتفادي عنصر المباغتة في إدارة الأزمات ووسيلة لتوضيح المتغيرات واستراتيجية لصنع القرار، يُعَدُّ أسلوب التحليل (SWOT) من أفضل أساليب التحليل التخطيط الاستراتيجي، لا سيما في إدارة الأزمات، لكونه يصوِّب الانحرافات ويعدِّد الخيارات في ظل ظروف عدم التأكد، وإن من أهم سمات التحليل (SWOT)  توجيه الأنظار نحو ما تحتويه البيئة الداخلية والخارجية من فرص والتحديات ونقاط الضعف والقوة لتقويم العمل الإداري والفني بغية معالجتها والحد من آثارها.

The study dealt with the method of strategic analysis in the style of (SWOT) and the extent of its impact on crisis management and rapid changes in the environment internally and externally, and its emergence as a tool for diagnosing the current situation and options for influencing the shape of the future, in light of the variance, multiplicity and widespread crises, the study aims to introduce the method of analysis (SWOT). ) and its importance in analyzing reality, foreseeing the future and making available options. The problem of the study is summed up in the methods of environmental extrapolation, in light of the presence of development in crises, and this becomes clear when the crises are prolonged? What is the SWOT method and its role in extrapolating reality? How to reduce crises through strategic planning? What are the crisis management options? The study followed the descriptive, analytical, and forward-looking approach. The study found a number of the most important results are: The SWOT method diagnoses the internal and external environment, explores the gaps, and suggests options for dealing with the future. The SWOT method is necessary to avoid the element of surprise and surprise in crisis management, as well as a means to clarify the variables and a strategy for decision-making. The SWOT analysis method is one of the best methods Analysis of strategic planning, especially in crisis management, because it corrects deviations and enumerates options under conditions of uncertainty. One of the most important features of SWOT analysis is directing attention towards the internal and external environmental opportunities, challenges, weaknesses and strengths to evaluate administrative and technical work, with the aim of Treat it and reduce its effects.
