الملخص

تشكل تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات الجديدة عنصرا حيويا في قطاع وزارة التربية الوطنية بالمغرب بمختلف مؤسساته بشكل عام، وفي السلك الثانوي التأهيلي بشكل خاص من خلال ما قدمته من نتائج جيدة ملموسة للإداري للأستاذ وللمتعلم وغيرهم، وأصبحت ضرورة إدماجها وتوظيفها قيمة مضافة حقيقية للمنظومة التربوية لتحقيق الجودة المنشودة. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى إسهام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات الجديدة في الرفع من التحصيل الدراسي ومن جودة التربية والتكوين بشكل عام، وفي تجويد تدريس مادة التربية الإسلامية بالسلك الثانوي التأهيلي، مع الإشارة إلى المعيقات التي تعترض تعميم هذه التكنولوجيا، والحلول الكفيلة لتجاوزها، وقد اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي الاستنباطي، حيث توصل إلى أن لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات دورا أساسيا في التحصيل الدراسي، وفي الرفع من جودة تدريس مادة التربية الإسلامية بالسلك الثانوي التأهيلي.

Abstract

The new information and communication technology constitutes a vital element in the sector of the Ministry of National Education in Morocco in its various institutions in general, and in the secondary qualification corps in particular, through the good and tangible results it provided for the administrator, the teacher, the learner and others, and the necessity of its integration and employment has become a real added value to the educational system to achieve the desired quality. This study aims to determine the extent to which the new information and communication technology contributes to raising academic achievement and the quality of education and training in general, and to improving teaching Islamic education in the secondary qualifying corps, with reference to the obstacles that hinder the dissemination of this technology, and solutions to overcome them, and we have adopted the curriculum deductive descriptive. We have concluded that information and communication technology has a key role in academic achievement, and in raising the quality of teaching Islamic education in the secondary qualifying cycle.
